Sparklejets UK held a series of three record release parties:
February 26, 2002 at Spaceland, with Candypants,

and The Mockers.
March 1, 2002 at Mr. T's Bowl, with Third
Grade Teacher
and March 2, 2002 at The Bamboo Lounge with Eating Venus, The Stand,
Stew,
The
Andersons, and Receiver.
The hula swingin', tiki torch lightin' events were held to
to celebrate the release of the new SparklejetsUK CD entitled Bamboo
Lounge.
The first record release party was held at Spaceland in Los
Angeles on February 26, 2002,
with Candypants,
Stew,
The Sugarplastic,
and The Mockers.
